Exchange – Exploration – Excursion – Experience – Expertise at SUMS

ระหว่างวันที่ 13 และ 14 มกราคม 2569 ฝ่ายจัดการศึกษา คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ได้จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการภายใต้หัวข้อ “Thai Traditional Costumes and Dances and Thai Art Experiences” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์ ดร.ศิริพร เผือกผ่อง และ อาจารย์โยธิน เผือกผ่อง เป็นวิทยากรผู้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ รวมถึงกิจกรรม “How to Make Thai Food and Desserts” ดำเนินกิจกรรมโดย อาจารย์สไบทิพย์ มงคลนิมิต ร่วมกับนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงแรม

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นสำหรับคณะผู้แทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยและนักศึกษาต่างชาติจาก National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (NKUHT) สาธารณรัฐจีน (ไต้หวัน) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย นาฏศิลป์ และอาหารไทย เปิดโอกาสให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ข้ามวัฒนธรรม และเสริมสร้างมิตรภาพรวมถึงความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการกับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน ผ่านประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้แบบลงมือปฏิบัติจริง

On 13 - 14 January 2026, the Educational Management Division, Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University, organized a series of workshop-based learning activities under the theme “Thai Traditional Costumes and Dances and Thai Art Experiences” conducted by Dr. Siriporn Phueakphong and Lecturer Yothin Phueakphong. In addition, the activity “How to Make Thai Food and Desserts” was conducted by Lecturer Sabaithip Mongkolnimit, together with students from the Hotel Management Program.

These activities were organized for university delegates and international students from National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (NKUHT), Taiwan. The program aimed to promote a deeper understanding of Thai arts, culture, traditional performances, and cuisine, while providing a platform for cross - cultural learning exchange. It also sought to strengthen friendship and foster positive relationships between students of the Faculty of Management Science and international exchange students through hands - on experiential learning.
