การแข่งขัน “International MBS Business Management Simulation Competition 2025” จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 18 ตุลาคม 2568 ณ หอประชุมมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วังท่าพระ โดยคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ร่วมกับบริษัท จีที เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (GT Technology) และธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภก.ธนะเศรษฐ์ ง้าวหิรัญพัฒน์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร เป็นประธานเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารคณะวิทยาการจัดการ และผู้บริหารจาก TOPBOSS Education Technology Pte. Ltd. และ GT Technology ร่วมในพิธีเปิด

การจัดการแข่งขันในครั้งนี้นับเป็นเวทีสำคัญที่เปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตนักศึกษาได้แสดงศักยภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ ผ่านกระบวนการจำลองสถานการณ์ทางธุรกิจระดับนานาชาติ ซึ่งเป็นการบูรณาการความรู้ทางวิชาการเข้ากับการคิดวิเคราะห์ การตัดสินใจ และการทำงานเป็นทีมอย่างสร้างสรรค์ โดยมีผู้สมัครจำนวน 140 ทีม จากมหาวิทยาลัยทั้งในและต่างประเทศ และผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าสู่รอบแข่งขันจำนวน 81 ทีม รวมผู้เข้าร่วมงานกว่า 400 คน

คณะกรรมการตัดสินประกอบด้วย Prof. Ching Kwock Wing, TOP-BOSS Education Technology Pte. Ltd., Mr. Michael Chan, President of the International Association of Business Management Simulation และ คุณธนวัฒน์ พฤกษานานนท์ รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร ด้านยุทธศาสตร์และการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง สำนักงานประธานกรรมการ ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน)

ผลการแข่งขันมีดังนี้

🎉• รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 1: ทีม NTUB_NPV_MAX มหาวิทยาลัย National Taipei University of Business

🎉• รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 2: ทีม Saturn มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่

🎉• รางวัลชมเชย 3 ทีม ประกอบด้วย: ทีม 4 minds, 1 goal และทีม Dancing Shrimp มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร และทีม Glamvestia มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่

การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้นับเป็นหนึ่งในภารกิจสำคัญของคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ในการส่งเสริมความเป็นนานาชาติ สร้างเครือข่ายทางวิชาการระดับสากล และพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษาให้ก้าวสู่การเป็นผู้นำทางธุรกิจในเวทีสากล

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿The “International MBS Business Management Simulation Competition 2025” was held on 18 October 2025 at Silpakorn University, Wang Tha Phra Campus, hosted by the Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University, in collaboration with GT Technology Co., Ltd. and Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited. The event was honored to be officially opened by Professor Dr.Tanasait Ngawhirunpat, President of Silpakorn University, together with executives from the Faculty of Management Science, TOPBOSS Education Technology Pte. Ltd., and GT Technology.

This competition served as a significant platform for university students to showcase their potential in strategic management through an internationally recognized business simulation process. It integrated academic knowledge with analytical thinking, decision-making, and creative teamwork. A total of 140 teams from universities in Thailand and abroad applied, of which 81 teams were selected to compete, with more than 400 participants joining the event.

The judging panel consisted of Prof. Ching Kwock Wing from TOP-BOSS Education Technology Pte. Ltd., Mr. Michael Chan, President of the International Association of Business Management Simulation, and Mr. Thanawat Pruksananon, Vice President, Strategic Outlook and Transformation Management, Office of the President, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited.

Competition Results:

• Champion: Team Morning Owls – Silpakorn University

• 1st Runner-up: Team NTUB_NPV_MAX – National Taipei University of Business

• 2nd Runner-up: Team Saturn – Chiang Mai University

This event marks an important mission of the Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University, in promoting internationalization, strengthening global academic collaboration, and enhancing students’ competencies to become future business leaders on the international stage.
