“โครงการศึกษาดูงานต่างประเทศ เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพคณาจารย์และเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ณ Japan University of Economics เมืองฟุกุโอกะ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น”

สาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนาศาสตร์ และสาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงแรม คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จัดโครงการศึกษาดูงานต่างประเทศ เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพคณาจารย์และเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์มหาวิทยาลัยในต่างประเทศ เมื่อวันที่ 17-18 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ Japan University of Economics เมืองฟุกุโอกะ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยคณาจารย์ทั้ง 2 สาขาวิชาได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการฟังบรรยายในหัวข้อต่าง ๆ ดังนี้

หัวข้อที่ 1: Effective Organizational Management  โดย Prof. Hiroko Nishimura

หัวข้อที่ 2: Cross-Cultural Perspectives on Organizational Behavior โดย Prof. Alexandre Ducom หัวข้อที่ 3: Digital Education at Japan University of Education โดย Prof. Yuzo Tashiro

พร้อมเยี่ยมชมสถานที่จัดการเรียนการสอน รูปแบบกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการศึกษา และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในมหาวิทยาลัย โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เสริมสร้างความรู้และประสบการณ์ตรงแก่คณาจารย์สาขารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์และสาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงแรม เกี่ยวกับระบบการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐ การจัดการเมือง และการบริหารอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวและโรงแรมของเมืองฟูกูโอกะ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น (2) ศึกษานวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practices) ในการพัฒนาเมือง การให้บริการสาธารณะ และการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวและโรงแรมของเมืองฟูกูโอกะ

(3) สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับสถาบันการศึกษาในประเทศญี่ปุ่น (4) นำความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร การเรียนการสอน และการวิจัยของคณะวิทยาการจัดการให้มีมาตรฐานระดับสากล (5)  เพื่อส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ระหว่างคณาจารย์ต่างสาขาวิชา อันจะน าไปสู่การบูรณาการองค์ความรู้และการพัฒนาศักยภาพของคณาจารย์ในการผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพ

The Department of Public Administration & Hotel Management, Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University organized an international study visit program aimed at enhancing faculty potential and fostering academic exchange with overseas institutions. The visit took place on 17–18 June 2025 at Japan University of Economics, Fukuoka, Japan. During the visit, faculty members from both departments participated in academic lectures and discussions on the following key topics:

* Topic 1: Effective Organizational Management by Prof. Hiroko Nishimura

* Topic 2: Cross-Cultural Perspectives on Organizational Behavior by Prof. Alexandre Ducom

* Topic 3: Digital Education at Japan University of Economics by Prof. Yuzo Tashiro

In addition to the academic sessions, the delegation toured the university’s teaching and learning facilities, observed student engagement initiatives, and explored educational technologies and infrastructure.

The objectives of this study visit were to:

1. Enhance faculty knowledge and firsthand experience in public administration systems, urban governance, and tourism and hotel management practices in Fukuoka, Japan.

2. Explore innovations, technologies, and best practices in public service delivery, urban development, and the tourism and hospitality industries.

3. Establish academic collaboration and networking opportunities with higher education institutions in Japan.

4. Apply the acquired knowledge and experiences toward the improvement of curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and research standards in line with global benchmarks.

5. Promote interdisciplinary knowledge exchange and collaboration among faculty members to foster academic integration and enhance the capacity to produce high-quality graduates.
