เมื่อวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2567 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ณัฎฐนา ลีฬหรัตนรักษ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายจัดการศึกษา และคณะกรรมการโครงการฯ นำนักศึกษาต่างชาติจาก Universiti Brunei Darussalam และนักศึกษาไทย เยี่ยมชม ตลาดโอ๊ะป่อย ตลาดชุมชนที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นด้วยความร่วมมือจากชุมชนและการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ เพื่อส่งเสริมแนวทางการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ตลาดแห่งนี้ดำเนินงานภายใต้นโยบาย Zero Waste พร้อมทั้งเชิดชูและอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นผ่านอาหารพื้นเมือง งานหัตถกรรม และเครื่องแต่งกายพื้นเมืองที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ ทั้งนี้ นักศึกษาได้มีโอกาสร่วมกิจกรรมเพ้นท์กระเป๋าผ้า โดยใช้จินตนาการและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของตนเอง และสามารถนำกระเป๋าผ้าที่ออกแบบและตกแต่งด้วยฝีมือของตนกลับไปเป็นของที่ระลึกได้ นอกจากกิจกรรมที่ตลาดโอ๊ะป่อย นักศึกษายังได้เยี่ยมชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในอำเภอสวนผึ้ง จังหวัดราชบุรี ได้แก่ เวเนโต้ สวนผึ้ง (Veneto Suan Phueng) และ ไร่ดอกไม้ฟาวเวอร์เลิฟ (Flower Love Farm) ซึ่งกิจกรรมเหล่านี้นอกจากจะช่วยสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างนักศึกษาต่างชาติและนักศึกษาไทยที่เข้าร่วมโครงการแล้ว ยังเป็นโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้แนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจที่ชูเอกลักษณ์ของท้องถิ่น และส่งเสริมบทบาทของคนในชุมชนให้มีส่วนร่วมในเศรษฐกิจอย่างยั่งยืน

On 21 December 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nattana Leelaharattanarak, Deputy Dean for Educational Management, along with the project committee, led international students from Universiti Brunei Darussalam and Thai students on a visit to Oh-Poi Market. This community market was established through collaboration between the local community and government to promote sustainable development. The market operates under a Zero Waste policy and celebrates local culture through traditional cuisine, handicrafts, and unique local attire.

The students had the opportunity to participate in a canvas bag painting workshop, where they used their imagination and creativity. They were able to take home their self-designed and decorated canvas bags as souvenirs.

In addition to the activities at Oh-Poi Market, the students also visited creative tourism attractions in Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province, including Veneto Suan Phueng and Flower Love Farm. These activities not only fostered good relationships between the international and Thai students participating in the program but also provided an opportunity to learn about business practices that highlight local uniqueness and promote the active role of the community in sustainable economic development.
